AH2 Construction is a general contractor specializing in luxury home
remodeling and new home design and construction for greater Los
Angeles. Established in 2005, AH2 has built residential projects
ranging in size from 500 square foot remodels to 15,000 square foot
custom homes. AH2 brings together over 20 years of experience in the
architecture and construction trades with services that include
consultation, design, construction supervision and management and
construction implementation. AH2 can provide a complete turnkey
design-build solution or offer any of its individual services to
meet the project needs. AH2 prides itself on a team concept that

Scott Harris - Partner |
| As partner of AH2 Construction, Scott Harris is responsible for
overseeing all firm operations, as well as client management. Scott
is actively involved in the pre-construction planning process to
align client and design team objectives, while providing valuable
information on project cost, scheduling and constructability. Scott
closely monitors each project from conception, through permitting,
through completion and keeps a daily line of communication with
clients, site supervisors, and designers to help implement the final
product and meet project expectations. Scott began working in architecture and construction during summers while attending the University of Florida, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in architecture. Scott has a varied background, having worked in the motion picture and television commercial production fields as well as working his way up the construction ladder while holding the positions of construction superintendent and project manager. A licensed contractor himself, Scott met Chad Anderson on a jobsite over 6 years ago. Both saw the potential of their combined talent’s and soon thereafter AH2 Construction was formed. When not working, Scott enjoys spending time with his wife and two young sons, along with playing soccer, basketball, surfing and coaching his boys in team sports. |

Chad Anderson - Partner |
| As partner of AH2 Construction, Chad Anderson is responsible for
project management at the highest level. From design conception, to
bidding, to scheduling, to construction, to certificate of
occupancy, Chad oversees projects every step of the way. Chad is in
constant communication with site supervisors, sub-contractors, and
vendors to insure that all projects meet the demanding standards of
AH2 and the high expectations of architects, designers and clients.
Chad began his career in the construction business as a high school sophomore working as a plumber for his uncle after school and on weekends. After several years in the plumbing trade, Chad was offered a superintendent position with a general contractor specializing in custom residential construction. While there, Chad gained valuable experience in both the nuts and bolts of construction and the skills of project and client management. Years later, after receiving his own contractor’s license, Chad met Scott Harris on a large residential project. Soon after, AH2 Construction was formed. A long time resident of Simi Valley, Chad is married with two children. Chad enjoys playing and coaching soccer, water skiing, and camping. |
